TechnoGym CV Equipment

Are you ready to push yourself to the limits? Cardio is king in our dedicated CV area which has a huge array of Technogym CV equipment: pound the treadmill, work up a sweat on the cross trainers and take a ride on the incline and recline bikes. There are also stairmasters and varios so bring your A-Game!

Pure Strength
Free Weights Area

Our Free weights section has over 20 benches including flat, incline and decline benches plus dedicated squat racks and platforms. Our innovative Eight Station is a cool piece of kit that allows you to exercise in different ways across 8 stations. Challenge yourself continuously with dumbbells available from 2kg right through to 50kg. Our Technogym Pure Strength Machines are designed to push you to your limits and our PTs are on hand to guide you through each element to get the most out of every session.

Feel The Burn
Functional Training Area

If you want to feel the burn and push your body to the max, our functional area has everything you need. Test yourself on the Sled Track and power through your workout with everything from kettlebells and power bags to battle rope for simple, hardworking and effective training. You can also utilise one of the many fitness machines in this section of Caribe Acabados including Versa Climber, Power Plate, Watt Bikes, Assault Bikes, Skill Mill, Rowers and more. If your motto is ‘work hard or go home’ – this is the only area you need.

Strength and Mobility Area

A strong core is the key to a healthy life and here you can build strength, elongate muscles, tone and improve movement. Thanks to a full compliment of Technogym equipment including Kenesis machines, you can target your whole body one area at a time.
